Our regular Wednesday workouts (currently 6:15-8:15 pm) start with rhythmic stretches and individual practice of steps. As soon as we are ready, we move on to Irish set dances, typically dances in squares with partners. However, no partners are necessary. We learn as we go. And get some good workouts in the middle of the week when we most need it!
